We highly recommend Rhone's RV. We never owned a motor home or travel trailer prior to this purchase. We had an incredibly positive experience from the first day that we met with Guy Snyder until the day of delivery of our motor home, with resourceful guidance from Amanda Harrison about insurance, financing, and warranties. Zach Shade in the Service Department did a great orientation about the RV. We found everyone to act with the customer's interest first and with high integrity and honesty. Often going to a dealer may seem intimidating. When you shop for a RV there are literally thousands of places to choose from; we felt most comfortable at Rhone's RV. We went to dealers much larger with national coverage and we were disappointed.

We are also glad that we purchased through Rhone's RV and not through a private party.

Unlike purchasing through a private party, we had an extremely high level of confidence that Rhone's checked out our RV and made sure that it was in top condition prior to purchase. Even if you do not live near Rhone's RV, it is worth traveling to make your purchase.

We can not say how pleased we are with the service we receive from Rhones. They are always eager to help and call to follow up any time we call. This past weekend, one of our slides was stuck in the out position and we were facing a deadline to move our North Point out for the end of the season. They arrived ahead of when promised and were finished in less than hour.I didnt catch the repair mens names but, they were very pleasant and knowledgeable. We wont go anywhere else.

This an unbelievable dealer from start to finish we first met at the Hershey show and dealt with Guy as far as we are concerned their top sales person they have stored our new 2020 Alante 31v since it came in December when we did the walk through and signed our paperwork then this Covid crap hit and we have been waiting and finally got there to get it. We got there and it was plugged in and the heat on they they sent out Zach their tech to go over things again with us what a great patient and knowledgeable tech and person also came out in the morning to make sure everything worked right and to answer any other questions such a great dealership family if you are looking for a reputable honest dealer please come and visit you won't be disappointed.

My wife and i bought a used Coachmen toy hauler from Dan. He was fair and the sale went smoothly. There was slight damage to the front of the unit from a water leak that was disclosed to us. We were assured that the issue was addressed and fixed properly so as to have no further issues. However, with the wettest weather on record this summer and fall, it quickly became evident that the leak was ongoing. I took the camper back to Rhone's, a 2 1/2 hour drive one way, for them to look at the issue. Tyler Rhone called me and after a short discussion he asked me to bring the unit back to him after the camping season and they would completely replace the entire front of my camper at no cost to me. In today's world the term "customer service" is as non existent as beach front property in Arizona. I am very happy to say that Rhone's truly does believe in customer service and standing behind their sale and their word. I have never written a review in my life for anyone, but i am proud to write this one! Thank you Tyler and to everyone at Rhone's for doing what was right! We really appreciated the awesome experience we were provided at Rhones. As we were buying both out of state and a far distance from our home Guy Snyder and the other staff members at Rhones all made our buying experience pleasant and worry free. They went above and beyond by allowing us to stay in the travel travel we purchased over night on site and to make sure we were comfortable with how everything worked before we left. They even thoroughly inspected the unit prior to our arrival and replaced the tires and radio to us at no charge since they needed to be done and offered us the option to replace the awning at cost. I would highly recommend Rhones RV to anyone looking.

We purchased our first pop up from Rhones way back in early 2000. It was a cheap fixer upper but we were testing the waters. The staff at Rhones were so nice and helpful and told us if we wanted to ever trade up for a newer model they would give us exactly what we paid for this trailer on a trade. We loved it so much we did return and trade in for a newer Coleman model. I trusted the staff so much I purchased the new camper sight unseen. The salesmans description and his word were all I needed. When we arrived to pick it up we were in awe because it was perfect and exactly what we wanted. And true to their word they gave us exactly what we paid for the first camper on trade. We also had the misfortune of an accident with our camper and the service department did the repairs. You could not even tell there was any damage. I love Rhone's!!! We travel over 2 hrs each way just to deal with them.

"While visiting my father in Cogan Station we had some opportunities with our motorhome and made 3 separate visit's to Rhone's. Visit # 1: We had a reverse light out and had noticed that the gasket was leaking around the light. They suggested using putty tape which we purchased from a very friendly gentleman that reminded me of Santa Claus and was very pleasant to work with. The putty worked perfectly to seal up the edges. They were out of stock for the bulb that we needed but quickly referred us to Shore's Auto Parts and they had the bulb. Visit # 2: Later in the week we ran low on propane and the young man that filled our tank was very nice and courteous! Service was immediate. We no sooner pulled in he was filling the tank and we were on our way. Visit # 3: When starting to leave to return home my father mentioned that the one tire looked low. I thought for a minute about returning home, which meant a little over 2 hours of driving and making an appointment with the local RV dealer to check the tires when I returned home. But instead I stopped at Rhone's and asked if they had time to take a quick look. Boy was I glad that I did because all 4 back tires were low by about 20lbs each and they had lots of challenges to get the tires filled because all four tires had short stems and they wanted to make it right to make sure that we were safe. One of the inside tires was not reachable so they said that if we had a few minutes they would like to pull the tire off to get at the inside tire to add air to it. Wow! Talk about service. They were all very kind, caring and considerate. They even left us sit in the lobby with our dogs while we waited because it was very cold outside. Rhone's has top notch customer service! If I lived closer to their operation I would not hesitate to buy my next RV from them because they have AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

Hurricane Ivan took our old trailer so we needed to find something new. We looked everywhere with in a 100 mile radius and Rhones had the nicest staff.
